Ticker Zone

The ticker zones are used to display dynamic or static text in the campaign, just like they were a single media file.

To add ticker zone to a Campaign, you can use the left navigation menu or context menu. Click on Zones Layout – Add Zone – Ticker Zone.

Once this button is clicked, a ticker zone is added in the zone preview and the ticker workspace for this ticker zone opens. A ticker zone is added by default to the bottom of the preview zone. It has a title and description section. By default, the static content tab is selected.

A user can move (change ticker’s position) the ticker by dragging the ticker in the screen designer. While dragging, the values for X and Y position are updated in the Zone Properties fields.

The user can also change manually the Ticker Zone Position X (%), Position Y (%), Width (%) and Height (%) by entering values in the appropriate fields in the Properties section. While changing (entering) values in these fields (for example X and Y position), ticker's position will change as well on the preview section.

Multiple ticker zones can be added to the campaign.

The Ticker zone can be removed like any other zone. This can be done by selecting it, and clicking on “Remove Zone” from the Zones Layout from both navigation and right context menu. As an alternative, the user can also use the Delete button from the keyboard to perform this action.

A new window will open. To confirm delete operation, click Delete to delete selected text zone or Cancel to cancel Delete operation.
