There are two types of the playlist: private and public. When a playlist resides entirely within one particular campaign and cannot be shared among other campaigns, it is known as a private playlist. Since private playlist cannot be shared, it needs to be exported before it can be shared among different campaigns. On the other hand, a playlist that can be shared among different campaigns within the same project is referred to as a public playlist. A public playlist needs to be imported to CampaignManager zone playlist before it can be used.

Alternatively, Click on the Playlist settings icon in the navigation menu, then Add Media > Existing playlist

To import media file from the playlist, choose the playlist and then choose the media file, click Add Media
In the campaign, context will appear the playlists and the media files added.
A playlist is added as an item to zone playlist. Click Save to save the campaign.
