Publishing Ticker

Publishing represents an action that triggers the distributions the ticker to the players.

To publish a ticker, it doesn’t matter what section of the ticker is opened. The important thing is that the ticker needs to be opened or selected from the tickers list view.

Once this is done, the Publish button appears located in the red square on the navigation menu (Note: Before publishing the ticker has to be saved). The Save button has a floppy icon located in the navigation menu in the green square.

The ticker can be published also if it is selected from the all tickers list view. The Publish button available under Item Distribution can be selected.

Instead of publishing a ticker from the ribbon, the same can be achieved by clicking on the right mouse button and choose “Publish” from the context menu.

If the ticker is successfully published, you will receive notification in the right bottom corner as in the picture below.

After successful publishing, the ticker will appear with a green label.
